Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Product Description

All products sold by The Vegan Pasty Company Ltd are supplied raw and must be cooked in accordance with the cooking instructions provided with each order. These instructions are also available to download from our website.

Any products that are ready to eat and do not require cooking will be clearly marked as such on the packaging and product description.

2. Delivery

Orders are dispatched using a next-day delivery service, aiming for delivery before 12:00 noon (or before 13:00 in selected regions), or are delivered directly by The Vegan Pasty Company Ltd.

If no one is available to receive the parcel, we will request that the delivery company leave the package in a safe place at the delivery address. If you suspect you may not be available to accept delivery, we strongly recommend that you provide a designated safe location that is cool and out of direct sunlight for the parcel to be left.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers once the order has left our premises, or for any spoilage resulting from parcels being left in unsuitable locations. However, we will always assist in resolving delivery issues where possible.

---

3. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If you believe your order has arrived in an unsatisfactory condition or if you have received incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible. Claims must be supported by photographic evidence and submitted via email to theveganpastycompany@gmail.com.

Refunds (full or partial) will be issued at the discretion of the Directors of The Vegan Pasty Company Ltd, taking into account the circumstances and evidence provided.

4. Liability

The Vegan Pasty Company Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by failure to follow cooking instructions, improper storage after delivery, or failure to retrieve deliveries in a timely manner.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed or failed deliveries beyond our reasonable control.

---

5. Force Majeure

The Vegan Pasty Company Ltd shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) courier disruption, extreme weather, strikes, natural disasters, or power failures.
